Client Engine · CRM

A CRM built around how you sell

Client Engine is custom CRM development: every enquiry, quote and customer in one place, with reminders so no lead goes quiet.

Miniature sales pipeline where incoming enquiries are sorted into cards and arrive as a won deal

Sound familiar?

What it feels like today

Leads live in inboxes and notebooks

Enquiries arrive by email, phone, web form and social media. Some never get a reply.

Follow-ups depend on memory

Quotes go out and nobody chases them. Good customers go quiet without anyone noticing.

You cannot see next month

There is no clear view of what is likely to close, so planning is guesswork.

What you get

Everything in one place

Every lead in one place

Web forms, emails and calls land in one list, with the full history of each contact.

Automatic reminders

The system tells each person who to follow up today, so nothing slips.

Quotes and emails

Send quotes and templated emails from the CRM, and see when they are opened.

Pipeline you can trust

See every deal by stage and the revenue likely to close this month.

Build or set up

Custom build or an existing platform?

Both can be right. We recommend one after a free review of how you work.

Custom build

A CRM shaped around your sales process, with only the fields and steps you use.

Best when

  • Your sales process is unusual
  • You need it tied closely to other systems
  • Per-seat fees would add up fast

Platform set-up

A leading CRM platform, configured for your pipeline and connected to your tools.

Best when

  • Your sales process is fairly standard
  • You want marketing tools in the same place
  • You need to start this month

Platforms we set up

  • HubSpot
  • Zoho CRM
  • Salesforce

A patient enquiry pipeline for a clinic group

  • Automatic follow-up reminders
  • Bookings visible across clinics

Concept project. Illustrates our approach, not a client engagement.

Questions

Before you ask

What is a CRM?

A CRM (customer relationship management system) keeps every lead, customer and conversation in one place, and reminds your team what to do next.

Why not just use HubSpot or Salesforce?

Often that is the right call, and we set them up too. A custom CRM makes sense when your process is unusual or per-seat fees grow too high.

Can you import our existing contacts?

Yes. We import contacts and history from spreadsheets, email and most CRMs, and clean up duplicates on the way.

Will my team actually use it?

That is why we design with them. Your team clicks through the screens before we build, and we train everyone at launch.

How long does it take?

A platform set-up can be live in 4 to 6 weeks. A custom CRM usually takes 8 to 14 weeks.
