What is ERP software?

ERP stands for enterprise resource planning. It is one system that runs your finance, people, projects, operations and reporting, instead of many spreadsheets. It fits almost any organisation: a school, a finance firm, a clinic group, an agency or a manufacturer.

Is custom ERP only for large companies?

No. We build for businesses from a handful of people to around 500. A custom system can start small and grow with you.

Can you move our data from spreadsheets?

Yes. We clean and import your existing spreadsheets, so you start with your real customers, staff, projects and history.

Will it work with our accounting software?

Usually, yes. We connect to tools like Xero and QuickBooks so invoices and payments flow across without retyping.

How long does a custom ERP take?

A focused first version usually takes 6 to 12 weeks. Larger systems take longer. You get a written timeline after the first review.
